PME fluidtec was originally an engineering partner for automation solutions.

Founded by Friedrich Westphal in 2001, today it is an experienced specialist in the field of complex precision systems and engineering services for fluid injection technology (water injection technology [WIT] / gas injection technology [GIT]), aerosol, CO2 injection and cooling technology, with optimised functionality and user friendliness.

The core business is the development, process support and manufacture of components and systems for fluid-supporting injection moulding using internal pressure technology on a water and gas basis.

Moreover, in addition to systems for combined solutions – CIT (combined injection technology), where both GIT and WIT processes run simultaneously in a tool – we also offer systems for projectile injection technology (PIT). In combination with WIT, this is conducive to optimal hollow space formation with thin wall thicknesses.

We deliver hardware components such as process units and injectors, thus offering our customers technical application services right up to the turnkey product.

In addition to the continuous high standard of quality, the environmental protection practised here always plays a central role.
